Community Farming Clusters
Organized, community-based production hubs that improve efficiency, scale, and market access — turning fragmented smallholder farms into powerful, coordinated agricultural networks.
HOW CLUSTERS ARE STRUCTURED
ONE CLUSTER. ONE COMMUNITY. ONE DIRECTION
Each farming cluster is a self-sustaining production hub anchored in a local community — guided by a trained
Agro Ambassador and supported with inputs, training, and market access.
Location-Based Groups
Farmers are grouped by state or local communities for easy coordination, communication, and collective action.
Shared Production System
Members farm similar crops or livestock for bulk production and consistency — maximizing output and reducing waste.
Central Support Hub
Each cluster has access to inputs, tools, training, and technical support from the Agro Ambassadors network.
Lead Coordinators
Trained Agro Ambassadors manage and guide all activities within each cluster — ensuring structure and accountability.
Aggregation Point
Produce is collected, processed, and sold collectively — giving members far better market value than selling individually.
Data & Tracking
A simple reporting system tracks output, income, and impact — ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.
